It’s Jazz Fest Time!

The all-free, all-fabulous Jacksonville Jazz Festival begins this Friday, May 24 and goes through Sunday, May 26, with live performances on multiple stages downtown, including sets by the Yellowjackets, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy and Trombone Shorty. Free Concert Seats with Fair Admission

DeWayne Spaw takes the stage at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. tonight, April 5, at the Clay County Agricultural Fair and again on April 6. Stadium seating for the concert is free with fair admission.  Admission is $8 for adults, $5 for seniors and children, free for kids 5 and under.


Free Jazz Night

Spending Saturday at the Beaches?  Drop into Joseph’s Pizza for Happy Hour–it starts at 3 p.m.–then wander over to Lillie’s Coffee Bar at 200 First Street in Neptune Beach for coffee and a free jazz concert.  The music goes on from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. every Saturday night.


Free Filipino Pride Day Festival

Stop by The Jacksonville Landing Saturday, October 6 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. to celebrate Filipino Pride Day.  The heritage festival is open to the public and will include live music, dancing, food, vendors and fun, all free.


Live Music at The Landing

Get to The Jacksonville Landing this weekend for live music in the courtyard. One is playing September 1 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Or, drop by September 2 for Electric River from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Both concerts are free.


Free Concerts in the Plaza

St. Augustine’s free summer music series, Concerts in the Plaza, continues tonight, August 30 featuring folk favorites with Lonesome Bert and The Skinny Lizards.  The concert begins at 7 p.m. at the Plaza de la Constitucion. Bring lawn chairs for seating and a picnic if you like, however alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
